What's the difference between 500D and 600D?

600D polyester has thicker threads, making it more abrasion-resistant. It’s less likely to tear and holds up better to rough handling. It comes with a higher-grade waterproof coating. It also provides better UV protection, making it ideal for sunny, rainy, or variable weather conditions. While a bit more textured, still delivers vibrant, long-lasting prints that are more than adequate for most branding needs. 600D polyester comes with a little higher price tag but offers superior durability and weather resistance, making it a better long-term investment.

500D polyester is still strong but slightly more susceptible to wear over time. It performs well in normal conditions but may not repel water or resist fading as effectively as the 600D. 500D polyester may hold slightly sharper image detail due to its tighter weave.

One of the professional designers at Dirtbike Brothers will send you a preview of your graphics kit design via email. Once you are happy and approve, it will be sent to production.
Step 3: Production & Fast Shipping
Once approved, your design goes into production. Orders are shipped securely via DPD (or DHL for fast worldwide delivery).
