Dirtbike Brothers collects personal data among other things when customers create a new account on its website, customers place an order or subscribe for the Dirtbike Brothers newsletter. The personal information is needed to process orders and send the orders to our customers. Dirtbike Brothers will determine which data needs to be processed, for what means and for how long Dirtbike Brothers will store this data.
Personal information that will be processed by Dirtbike Brothers
Dirtbike Brothers needs, as mentioned above, your personal data because of the contractual agreements that will be entered between us if you place an order through our website. We need your personal information at least when:

Retention period
We will save and use your data only for the time that is strictly needed. After this period, we will delete all data that we have collected from your or we will same them anonymously. After this period, we will only use your date within our company for analyses and reporting matters.
We use certain periods of time, whereafter we will delete your data from our systems:
- Customer accounts which have not been used for over a year will be deleted after 7 years. After this period, the data will be made anonymous and possibly used for internal affairs;
- The Dutch Tax Office requires us to store our administration over a period of 7 years. During this period of time we will store invoicing-, payment- and order information. After this period of time we will only use anonymized data for internal affairs;
- If you have enlisted to our newsletter or gave us permission to send you personalized messages, we will save this permission for five years. If you decide to unsubscribe to Dirtbike Brothers, we will save this request for five years;
- Data that we use to prevent fraud will be saved for as long as needed.

The visitor/customer always is in charge of his own personal data.

How we keep your date safe
